Accommodation
Bedrooms
Master bedroom with large double bed and French doors opening to the swimming pool terrace. Second bedroom has twin beds, which can be made into a large double if required, and again has French doors leading to the pool terrace. Plus a very small room for a travel cot. The third bedroom has a single bed, with an additional pull-out bed underneath if required. A cot is also provided if required.
Bathrooms
Each bedroom benefits from its own en-suite bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.
Living Room
Lounge area with double leather sofa bed, which is under a small cone, sleeping 1 or 2, chairs and further sofa, television and DVD player. From the lounge an arched entrance leads into the kitchen/dining room. There is another niche cone off this room where there is a bed sleeping 1 small adult or 2 Kids.
Kitchen
Large well-equipped kitchen/dining room with double oven, 5 ring gas hob, Big fridge/freezer, traditional pizza oven You must tell us if you want it as drawers in the way , microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and dining table and chairs for 8 people. Exposed stone barrel-vaulted ceiling. French doors at one end of the kitchen lead out on to the side terrace under the vine-covered pergola, whilst French doors at the other end lead to the swimming pool terrace.
The Exterior
The property is surrounded by 4 acres of olive groves and woodland tracks to explore, whilst the landscape is dotted with plum, pear, apple, lemon, orange and fig trees. Terrace areas encircle the trulli and lead to the 15 x 5metre swimming pool. Outside is completely exposed stone and cut stone paving. Around Trulli is a patio and around the pool is tiled with non slip tiles, although running is not encouraged when wet for safety.
Cleaning and Linen
- All towels (bath and pool) and linen are provided.
- The property is cleaned prior to arrival and after departure.
- Additional maid service can be arranged on request, at an agreed price to be paid locally.
- There is a washing line behind the outdoor kitchen.
Additional Services
- Italian chef can be arranged for cooking classes and private dining
- Caretaker can arrange Bike Rentals, babysitting, extra cleaning, help with stoking up the pizza oven - please ask for details and costs
- Welcome pack on arrival containing essentials for first evening/breakfast - please advise if you would like costs for additional babypack
All trulli are fully equipped, provide hair dryers, irons, ironing boards etc.
As the family who owns these Trulli have children with ages ranging from a few months to 21 years old, they are child friendly with various combinations of toys CD players etc. Ask for availability when booking.
